QUINTIA

This is the latest piece I've been working on, just finished this morning: a girly QUINTIA coat in cotton poplin lined with thick double fleece, embroidered with the super sweet design "Strawberry Mouse".

The Olympic Torch...

came to Dundee today and we were there (like thousands of other people:-) There were various activities in the City Square and Leoni was representing her school by doing a race with four other primary schools in the afternoon and our girls came first!!! Oh, they were sooo proud and so were we! Only the weather wasn't too happy about all this, it rained on and off, but we're used to that, aren't we?

It's time again...

... for another short trip to Holland. My suppliers have finished their new autumn/winter collection and I'm looking forward to hopefully lots of lovely corduroys, jerseys, denims, oh the list could go on and on. Will be back on Thursday lunchtime (if everything goes to plan :-)

8 years - where's the time gone?

Leoni was still in her pram when we got married - she was only 4 months old - it was a lovely, sunny day - my old choir was singing when we came out the registrar's - and Alan wore a kilt which led to quite a few comments and smiles amongst the residents of my home town in Germany, something they hadn't seen very often before - it was simply a perfect day!
